These Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of the co-working facilities and services provided by Leopard Work at 443 Nepean Highway, Brighton East 3187. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Membership and Access

1.1 Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years or older and businesses approved by Leopard Work.

1.2 Membership Types
A monthly subscription of $429 a month, a commitment of 30 days cancel anytime. This includes full access to Leopard Work.  Full details are available upon registration or request

A 3 day weekly subscription of $345 a month, a commitment of 30 days cancel anytime. This includes full access to Leopard Work.  Full details are available upon registration or request

A daily pass for $35, access from Monday to Friday 8.30am onwards. To be purchased before arrival

1.3 Membership Pricing and Structure

We reserve the right to modify the pricing, features, and structure of our membership offerings at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect as specified at the time of notification. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 Access Hours

  • Maned hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

  • 24/7 access is available to all members

2. Use of Space and Conduct

2.1 Permitted Use
Members may use the space for lawful business, professional, or creative activities. Sleeping, smoking, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Code of Conduct

Members are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times. By using the Leopard Work facilities, you agree to:

  • Treat all members, staff, guests, and service providers with respect, regardless of background, profession, or personal beliefs.

  • Avoid disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, harassment, or inappropriate language.

  • Refrain from any form of discrimination, bullying, or verbal or physical abuse.

  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, including desks, kitchens, meeting rooms, and restrooms.

  • Respect the use and storage of items in the common pantry. Label your food and clean up after use.

  • Dispose of trash properly, clean up after yourself, and return shared items or furniture to their original condition after use.

  • Report any spills, damage, or maintenance issues to staff promptly.

  • Respectful noise levels should be maintained at all times. Use designated phone booths and meeting rooms for private calls or meetings.

Failure to comply may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of membership.

2.3 Shared Resources
Meeting rooms, printers, kitchen areas, and other shared facilities must be used responsibly. Advanced booking may be required.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Fees
Fees are based on the membership plan selected. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may be updated with prior notice.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are on a monthly subscription of $429 a month with a commitment of 30 day cancel anytime

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as provided under these Terms or required by law.

  • Pausing your membership is available

4. Termination and Suspension

4.1 Termination by Member
You may cancel your membership by providing 30 days written notice before your next billing cycle.

4.2 Termination by Leopard Work
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for:

  • Violation of these Terms,

  • Non-payment of fees,

  • Misconduct or unlawful behaviour.

4.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must vacate the premises and remove all belongings. Any uncollected property may be disposed of after 7 days.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Limitation of Liability
Leopard Work is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises,

  • Loss of business or data, or

  • Third-party actions or member disputes.

5.2 Insurance
Members are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for personal property and liability.

6. I.T Policy

Shared WiFi: You are allowed to use the shared WiFi for work-related purposes only. No illegal or bandwidth-intensive activities are allowed.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Members will be notified of material changes in advance. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Other

-Pets are not permitted in the space in accordance with building management rules.
-Limited admin support may be available during non-operating hours.
